    我們所有有考慮及選擇的關鍵字是
    我們的題目是探討使用乾式刷手液與傳統刷手法之皮膚菌落數比較,先將中文關鍵字使用網路查找相關的英文關鍵字,再使用MeSH Term搜尋相關的同義字。
    (1) 第一個關鍵字為「外科刷手」,其同義字分別為Surgical hand antisepsis;Hand Disinfection;Surgical Scrubbing;Hand Sanitization;Hand scrubs。

      我們是否需要進行refine
      有,一開始因為對於關鍵字的英文不熟識,所以先行進入「華藝線上圖書館」,搜尋相關中文文獻,以了解與外科刷手相關的實證文章,常見的研究範疇為何,故將搜尋關鍵字設定為「刷手」並限定出版地區為「台灣」,可得一篇「以乾式洗手是否比傳統刷手更能降低手術部位感染」之文章,故可從中獲得英文關鍵字,分別為「hand scrubs;hand scrubbing;surgical site infection;surgical hand antisepsis」,同時可知所謂乾式刷手液,主要為chlorhexidine gluconate,然而,由於此篇中文文獻內容空乏,故將獲得之英文關鍵字,移至Cochrane進行近一步之搜尋。
      而後,利用閱覽內外科課本,可發現傳統刷手液有2-3種,為使文獻判讀之對照組一致,故在閱覽文獻,可得最常用來作為對照組的是為povidone-iodine,故在文獻篩選上,皆以此作為依歸。
      於Cochrane利用進階搜索,運用交集,輸入三個關鍵字「surgical」、「hand scrubs」、「chlorhexidine gluconate」合為「#1 and #2 and #3」,僅得18篇,其中有數篇是獸醫相關之研究,另又有數篇是限定於兒科,故僅得一篇「Surgical hand antisepsis to reduce surgical site infection」。
      而後運用相同的關鍵字,於Pubmed資料庫,搭配使用「AND」功能,可找到相關文獻達6篇。
      運用EBSCO同時搜尋CINAHL、Medline此兩資料庫,搭配使用「AND」功能、限制10年內,可找到相關文獻30篇,其中與獸醫相關的有5篇,剩下13篇剔除不相關的,剩下三篇發現與Pubmed是相同的,故沿用之。

      我們用了哪些Refine的方法
       華藝線上圖書館:將搜尋結果僅限於台灣,避免紛亂的中國大陸文獻擾亂。
       Cochrane:運用「交集」的功能連接「hand scrubs」、「surgical」、「chlorhexidine gluconate」,合為「#1 and #2 and #3」,能有效將搜尋結果窄化為一篇,約10條搜尋結果,最後逐篇閱讀摘要,篩選出高度相關性之文章。
       Pubmed:運用「AND」功能,搭配出版年代限制於10年內,可將搜尋結果窄化為兩頁,約20條搜尋結果,最後逐篇閱讀摘要,篩選出高度相關性之文章。
       CINAHL、Medline:運用「AND」功能,搭配出版年代限制於10年內,可將搜尋結果窄化為兩頁,約30條搜尋結果,最後逐篇閱讀摘要,篩選出高度相關性之文章。

    我們是否需要進行refine:

    我們用了哪些Refine的方法:
    一開始在Cochrane Library關鍵字搜尋cardiac catheterization出現125篇,看了其中的幾篇後,發現內容太廣泛,所以就將關鍵字更改為Femostop後找到了一篇2016年的Reviews文獻後,使用此文獻的關鍵字 vascular closure devices後,找到了一篇相關文獻,接著使用華藝資料庫搜尋關鍵字「股動脈穿刺and止血」後,找到了2篇相關文獻。
